From the start, our goal was clear: bring cotton bale wrap manufacturing to the USA. We started overseas, but the vision was always American-made. In 2024, we launched our Georgia factory. In 2025, we shipped our first Made in USA order.
Building a U.S. supply chain hasn't been easy — but it's a commitment we stand behind. And because everything runs under one roof, every piece of customer feedback goes straight back to the people who make the wraps.
In the field since 2019
We didn't start in a lab. TRU·GREEN™ wraps were developed through hands-on experience in real cotton operations — tested across different environments, seasons, and conditions. SGS certified in 2024. That same year, TRU·GREEN™ wrapped more than 250,000 bales in the USA and 300,000 in China. Our Georgia facility began shipping domestic orders in 2025.

TRU·GREEN™ wraps are the first in the industry shipped on metal pallets — purpose-built for forklift handling. Stable, safe, and consistent from the warehouse to the field.
Optical scanners at processing facilities need to identify wrap material quickly and reliably. TRU·GREEN™ is colored green specifically to make that identification easier — reducing contamination risk and keeping operations moving.
